We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
After your first “NO SHOW” or if you do not cancel with 24 hours notice, we will note this in our system. We will then request a credit card be kept on file to reschedule this appointment. If you “NO SHOW” or do not cancel with 24 hours notice a second time, we will charge your credit card for 50% of the reserved service amount and you will not be refunded these monies. Any future scheduled appointments will require that the services be paid in full and if you “NO SHOW” or do not cancel with 24 hours, your credit card will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount and you will not be refunded these monies.
