Your appointments are very important to our team members.  We recommend you call 717-502-7246 for scheduling.  When there is a need to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment, please give us at least 24-hours advance notice.  This will ensure that we can reschedule you in a timely fashion and give your appointment slot to another client.  Appointments not canceled or kept on a regular basis will result in full charge for that service or pre-payment of future appointment times.  Our reminder notices are a courtesy-we cannot be liable for missed appointments.

 

Please understand that our team members are here to do business and cannot be left with an empty seat.  If they are not working, they do not get paid. 

 

Late Arrivals Policy

We schedule according to the amount of time each service requires, therefore, late arrivals may be asked to reschedule their appointment.  This will be at the discretion of our team member.
